
Something everyone should see is the current state of the World Trade Center. The area has been build up in recent years to include a memorial with two reflecting pools set in the foundations of the former Twin Towers and the names of those who were lost in the 9/11 terrorist attacks listed around the perimeters. The grounds also include the newly built One World Trade Center, and the 9/11 Museum, which houses images, artifacts, oral histories and more. Dedicated to those who lost their life in the holocaust, the Museum of Jewish Heritage celebrates the traditions, the achievements, and the faith of the Jewish community. Aside from numerous exhibits on display, the museum also hosts many Judaic-themed theater acts. They offer senior discounts and free admission at certain times.
