The pay rate and salary for your family caregiver can vary based on many factors, so it is difficult to publish a specific pay rate and salary. Some factors will affect the hourly pay rate, while the annual salary will ultimately depend on a combination of the hourly pay rate as well as how many hours of care you are approved for and the family caregiver works. However, we can say that as a general rule our pay rates range between $17.55 – $21.09 per hour and $26.32 – $31.63 per overtime hour. These rates do not necessarily indicate the highest paying CDPAP rates at our Fiscal Intermediary.
